Life-enrichment training
MEMORY CARE
A respectfully thorough approach to caring for seniors in memory care by providing an activities training course for staff. The owner chooses administrators, activity directors and/or care-givers to be taught how to implement simple strategies and techniques to enrich the lives of the residents. Curriculum has multiple detailed lessons taught in person with hands-on examples provided. The course can be taught over weeks or months depending upon the facility's circumstances. Accountability, exercises, limited homework and practical exams are required of enrollees. At the end of the course a personalized, elegant "Joy-giver" certificate will be issued to each enrollee who successfully completes the course.
