"I love my food!" It sounds esoteric and prideful to say this. But what if there's another reason, an awareness of excellence? It's not meant to be ego or bragging or show....it's just very good and it satisfies not only my hunger, but my aches and longing to fulfill a higher purpose. Literally every time I cook or prepare food, I want everyone to enjoy it! Really...I think it's a bummer when I cook only for myself.  This is passion at its finest - few songs or skies have even come close. This is glorified sustenance because the Creator of the universe gave us all things to enjoy! Oh the joy! I praise God for taste buds, gas burners, electricity, homegrown tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese and eggs! It's no accident that there is an infinite number of ways foods can be combined, changed, enjoyed and shared. My rant is over for now...but please continue to:
